We all know the feeling of being in our teenage years and feeling like we’ve been that age forever.

It’s hard to believe that, in just a few short months, I’ll be 18. It feels like only yesterday I was celebrating my 17th birthday. In some ways, it feels like I’ve been 17 forever.
But in other ways, it feels like it’s flown by.
It’s been a pretty good year overall. There have been ups and downs, of course, but that’s to be expected.
Overall though, I’m happy with how things have gone and I’m looking forward to what the future holds.
In a few months’ time, I’ll be able to vote for the first time and (fingers crossed) hopefully go to university. It’s an exciting time and I can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for me.
